Get the Prime Video app on any smart TV in minutes
On your smart TV remote, press the Home or Menu button to go to the main dashboard of your smart TV operating system.
Look for the App Store, Play Store, Smart Hub, or LG Content Store depending on your TV brand. Navigate to it using your remote.
Use the search function in the app store and type "Prime Video." The official app will appear in the results. Make sure you select the correct app.

Select either the monthly Prime Video plan, the full Prime monthly plan, or the annual plan for best value. A 30-day free trial is available for new members.
Add a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. Your card will not be charged until your free trial ends if you selected a trial plan.
Review your plan details and click "Start your Prime membership." You now have full access to Prime Video on all your devices including your TV.
New Amazon Prime members get a free trial according to amazon. You can cancel any time during the trial period without being charged. Set a reminder a few days before the trial ends.
Quick login methods for your smart TV
This is the easiest method. Open Prime Video on your TV, select "Sign In," and choose "Register on the Amazon website." Use your phone or computer to enter the code shown on TV at amazon.com/mytv.
Select "Sign In" on the Prime Video app and choose to enter your email and password directly using your TV remote. Use the on-screen keyboard to type your credentials carefully.
Some newer smart TVs display a QR code on screen. Open your phone camera and scan the QR code, which will take you directly to the sign-in page on your phone to complete login.
Set up Prime Video on iPhone, Android, or tablet
Go to the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for "Prime Video." Download and install the free app on your device.
Launch the Prime Video app and tap "Sign In." Enter your Amazon account email and password. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" to reset it.
You can also use the activation page on your mobile browser to activate your TV. Simply open your mobile browser, go to the activation URL, sign in, and enter the code shown on your TV screen.
